Does this standard Piston kit for 5.56/223 in Pistol length work on 300BO in subsonic only?  Short answer: NOT EVEN CLOSE - NO

Here are the issue with it:
The piston rod is heavy, the BCG is heavy, its too much mass to cycle with such low gas already.  Not even with a 20% reduced power buffer spring would it come even close to working.  With reduced power buffer spring, and a heavily weight reduced BCG, I think it would work.  But they don't sell it. Adams Arms sells it but never in stock.  And I am wondering, even with the lighter parts, it might require me opening up the gas port from ~80k to like 90k size hole to allow more gas in the system. I have to test it to see how sensitive it is to charges.
@ 50 yards
Strange how its more accurate with some of these loads than with the direct gas original system, isn't it.  But we tried some new powders here, that I think will be QUITE good actually.
N130 and LT-30.  The LT-30 looks super good preliminarily.

We trying everything, and we only doing subsonic, so stay tuned.

NONE of these loads cycled, except the CFE BLK 12.7 grains did cycle the gun for some, but would not lock the bolt back, and was not reliable.  All the rest would not even cycle 1 round after firing, and was total fail.
